Important Safety Guidelines
1. Not for Ingestion
Our cleaning products are designed specifically for cleaning video heads and electronics. Under no circumstances should these products be ingested or consumed. Swallowing or inhaling these solvents can cause serious health issues. If ingested, seek immediate medical attention.
2. Proper Ventilation
Always use our solvents in a well-ventilated area. Inhaling the fumes can be harmful and cause dizziness, headaches, or other respiratory issues. If inhaled and you feel unwell, move to fresh air immediately and consult a medical professional.
3. Avoid Contact with Skin and Eyes
When using VHS cleaners and video head cleaners, avoid direct contact with skin and eyes. If the product comes into contact with skin, immediately wash the affected area with soap and water. In case of eye contact, flush eyes thoroughly with water for several minutes and seek medical advice if irritation persists.
4. Wear Protective Gear
We recommend wearing protective gloves and eye protection when handling solvents. This extra layer of protection ensures that you avoid direct contact with the cleaning solutions, particularly during extended use.
5. Keep Away from Children and Pets
Our products should be stored in a secure location out of the reach of children and pets. Accidental ingestion or exposure can result in serious harm. Always store bottles tightly closed in a cool, dry, and locked place.
6. Avoid Heat and Flames
Our cleaning solvents are flammable. Always keep them away from heat sources, open flames, and sparks. Do not smoke when handling or using these products. In case of fire, use water or a fire extinguisher appropriate for chemical fires.
7. Dispose of Properly
After using the product, dispose of any remaining contents and empty bottles responsibly. Do not pour solvents down the drain or dispose of them in household trash. Instead, take them to a designated Household Hazardous Waste and Electronics Recycling facility for safe disposal.
What to Do in Case of Accidental Exposure
• If Swallowed: Do not induce vomiting. Rinse your mouth and seek immediate medical attention or contact Poison Control.
• If Inhaled: Move to fresh air right away. If symptoms like dizziness or difficulty breathing occur, seek medical attention.
• If on Skin: Immediately wash the affected area with soap and water. Remove any contaminated clothing.
• If in Eyes: Rinse eyes with water for at least 15 minutes. If irritation continues, contact a medical professional.
